My room faced the harbor. I found it gorgeous, I could view the ships entering the bay. The room looked brand new, I think it was recently renovated. The location helped me access the Rocks and the city easily. The staff proved helpful and accommodating to all my requests.
The bar closed early one night. This inconvenienced me as a resident of the hotel.

The bathroom felt cramped. it had a tub and shower combination which didn't feel luxurious at all. the soundproofing was not good. I could hear everything from the hallway and the adjacent room. also, the furniture seemed old.

The room had a good harbour view. I enjoyed watching boats. The staff greeted me by name and remembered my preferences throughout my stay. Breakfast had many options. IT support was efficient and solved my connectivity issues. The room, a Beautiful Full Harbour View Room, was very clean.
The pool area needs updating, I saw some cracked tiles. It didn't affect my stay much. but I noticed it
